About the Role
UPLIFT Public Charter Schools is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Recruiter to join our team. The Student Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting and enrolling students who are a good fit for our schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with families and community members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract prospective students and families to UPLIFT Public Charter Schools.
Collaborate with school leadership, marketing team, and community partners to identify target recruitment areas, events, and outreach opportunities.
Represent UPLIFT at community events, fairs, and open houses to promote the benefits of our schools and engage with prospective families.
Conduct informational sessions and tours for prospective students and families to showcase our academic programs, extracurricular activities, and support services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses to increase awareness and referrals to UPLIFT schools.
Utilize various communication channels, including social media, email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to follow up with prospective families and provide information and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
Collaborate with admissions staff to track and monitor recruitment efforts, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with enrollment-related tasks, such as application processing, document collection, and enrollment events, to ensure a smooth transition for incoming students.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, or marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of community outreach strategies, social media platforms, and marketing techniques.
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting equity and access to high-quality educational opportunities.
