Experienced in Building Positive Student Relationships – Creating trust and consistency for every child they serve. Able to Deliver Effective Lesson Plans and Manage Classrooms Smoothly – Keeping instruction on track in every setting. Fingerprint Background Checked – Ensuring student safety through thorough screening and compliance. Certified Educators or Actively Pursuing Certification – Many of our substitutes hold teaching credentials or are on the path to becoming certified professionals.
